Disabled Alarm & Refuge Systems
Disabled refuge alarm systems are now a requirement by law, for all commercial/public property to ensure that in the event of a Fire, the Fire Brigade can have clear communication with a disabled person at dedicated Refuge stations adjacent to stairwells. This enables swift, efficient action by the Fire Brigade for building evacuation. Similarly, Disabled Toilet alarms are a must and can be individual stand alone alarms, or networked multi-toilet alarms with several indicator panels throughout the building.
